Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Aisle & Ink website and planner, operated by Aspire Inclusive Solutions in Ontario, Canada. By using Aisle & Ink or buying a plan, you agree to them.
The service
Aisle & Ink is a planning tool. It helps you organize tasks, budgets, guests, vendors and your day-of schedule. Suggestions such as budget splits and task dates are general guidance, not professional, legal or financial advice. Please confirm important details, such as marriage licence rules, directly with the right authority or vendor.
Plans and prices
- Free: the checklist, countdown and up to 30 guests.
- Couple: $24 CAD, paid once, for one wedding. Includes all couple features and planning together with your partner.
- Planner Pro: $19.99 CAD a month or $179 CAD a year, after a 30-day free trial. It renews automatically until you cancel.
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes are added where they apply. We may change prices for future purchases, never for a period you've already paid for.
Free trials and cancelling Planner Pro
Planner Pro starts with 30 free days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged. You can cancel at any time on the manage subscription page and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. See our refund policy for details.
Unlock codes
After paying you receive an unlock code. Keep it safe; it unlocks your plan on other devices. If you lose it, email us from the address you paid with and we'll help.
Sharing your plan
Anyone with your invite link can see and edit your shared plan. Only send it to your partner, and contact us if you need a link stopped.
Your content
Your plan belongs to you. You give us permission to store and display it only so the planner can work for you. Please don't use Aisle & Ink for anything unlawful or to upload content you don't have the right to share.
Availability
We work hard to keep Aisle & Ink running, but it's provided "as is" and we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep important information, such as vendor contracts, in your own records too. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the new date at the top. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
