Refund Policy
In short: not happy with the Couple plan? Ask within 14 days for a full refund. Planner Pro is free for 30 days and you can cancel any time.
Couple plan ($24 CAD, one time)
If Aisle & Ink isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of paying and we'll refund the full amount. No questions asked.
Planner Pro (monthly or yearly)
- Free trial: cancel any time in the first 30 days and you won't be charged.
- Monthly: cancel any time to stop the next payment. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
- Yearly: if you cancel within 14 days of a yearly charge, we'll refund it in full. After that, you keep access until the end of your paid year.
How to cancel or ask for a refund
Planner Pro: cancel yourself any time on the manage subscription page. Enter the email you paid with and Stripe sends you a sign-in link.
Refunds: email hello@aisleink.ca from the address you paid with, or reply to your Stripe receipt. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
